LFG Sports.AI, LLC d/b/a LFG Sports.AI (“LFG Sports.AI”, “we”, “our”, “us”) welcomes you to the LFG Sports.AI Platform (including Software Application(s), Website(s) and Services) and invites you to access and use our proprietary Platform, which allows users to participate in betting predictions, link to betting sites, sync and share their betting activity with others, and chat in groups regarding their activities, all subject to and conditioned upon users’ acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY BROWSING OR USING THE CONTENT, SERVICES AND TOOLS OFFERED BY THE COMPANY, YOU HAVE AGREED, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

LFG SPORTS.AI IS INTENDED FOR ADULT USERS ONLY; YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE THE SERVICE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO ENSURE GAMBLING IS LEGAL IN HIS/HER JURISDICTION. LFG SPORTS.AI DOES NOT CONDONE UNDERAGE GAMBLING. THE INFORMATION ON THE LFG SPORTS.AI PLATFORM SHOULD BE USED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAS A GAMBLING PROBLEM AND WANTS HELP, CALL 1-800-GAMBLER.

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT. LFG SPORTS.AI IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A SPORTSBOOK. LFG SPORTS.AI DOES NOT FUNCTION AS THE COUNTER-PARTY TO ANY WAGER, DOES NOT SET LINES, DOES NOT ESCROW CUSTOMER FUNDS AND DOES NOT PAY OUT CUSTOMERS FOR SUCCESSFUL WAGERS.

1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
The Platform and Services are designed and intended for adult use only. By clicking “accept,” completing registration, and using the LFG Sports.AI Platform, you acknowledge and agree: (a) to be legally bound by these Terms; (b) that you are older than the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction; (c) that you are legally allowed to engage in these activities in your jurisdiction; and (d) that you have read and are bound by these Terms.

Collecting personal information from children under the age of 18 is prohibited. Minor children are expressly prohibited from using the site.

2. Description of Services
We make various Services available on our Platform including sports betting information, reviews, news, analysis, and other content. Our Platform does not accept real money wagers. There are no guarantees that tips or analysis provided on our Platform will result in success or profit — all such tips are the opinions of the respective authors. The content, odds, services and information on our Platform are intended for information and entertainment purposes only.

3. Member Account Registration, Data & Privacy
To access the Platform, you must register and become a Member, providing certain Registration Data. By registering, you agree that all information provided is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required. We are under no obligation to accept any individual as a Member and may accept or reject any registration in our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Services may be offered on a subscription basis with payment through Stripe or through third-party payment services such as Google Play or Apple App Store. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or LFG Sports.AI cancels it.

A valid payment method is required to process subscription payments. If automatic billing fails, LFG Sports.AI may issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment.

5. Subscription Refunds
While you may cancel your subscription at any time, LFG Sports.AI does not guarantee refunds for any Subscription. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store, refunds are subject to those platforms’ individual refund policies. LFG Sports.AI may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Trials
LFG Sports.AI may from time to time offer a free trial of certain paid features for a limited time. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up; you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. If you fail to cancel prior to the last day of the Free Trial, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees.

7. Fee Changes
LFG Sports.AI reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee modification will be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Notice will be provided prior to any change becoming effective. Continued use of the Platform after a fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.

8. Multi-Account Usage Prohibited
LFG Sports.AI strictly prohibits multi-account usage. We allow only one account per person. All accounts are non-transferable and intended for personal use only. Any attempt to transfer, sell, buy or collude on multiple accounts is prohibited. LFG Sports.AI may suspend or permanently terminate accounts suspected of multi-account usage.

9. Community Conduct and Guidelines
Your use of the Platform is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications. Users agree they will not upload, share, post or distribute any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

You further agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform without our express written permission, and not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our technical infrastructure.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to the Platform, remove access to Services, and/or remove any of your content that we consider to be inaccurate, illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property
The Platform contains material owned by or licensed to LFG Sports.AI, including data, software, text, logos, trademarks, images, and other content (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is protected under United States and foreign laws. You have no rights in or to the Content and may not use it except as expressly permitted under these Terms. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

11. Communicating With Us; User Submissions
You are prohibited from submitting any User Content or information that contains confidential or non-public information. With respect to all communications you transmit to us concerning LFG Sports.AI, such communications will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. While you retain all copyrights in your User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, display, distribute, and otherwise use such User Content in connection with providing the Platform’s functionalities.

12. Confidentiality
Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. You must take necessary steps to ensure others do not gain access to your password and account information. We will never ask a user for their password. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, WEBSITE, PLATFORM, APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, PLATFORM, APP, SERVICES OR MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE ERROR-FREE.

IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR COMMON LAW TORT CLAIMS: (I) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM TRADING LOSSES, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; AND (II) ANY DIRECT DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LFG Sports.AI, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use or misuse of the Platform and Services, or your Transactions.

15. Third-Party Providers
If you install or enable third-party applications that communicate with the Platform, you acknowledge that we may allow providers of those applications to access your information as required for their operation. We are not responsible for any disclosure, modification, or deletion of your information resulting from such access.

16. Third-Party Sportsbook Account Information
Our Platform may allow you to retrieve, view and maintain information from certain state-licensed sportsbook operators (“Third-Party Sportsbooks”). When you direct LFG Sports.AI to retrieve your account information from Third-Party Sportsbooks, you grant LFG Sports.AI a limited power of attorney to access those services solely as you direct. LFG Sports.AI is not responsible for any issues or expenses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by third parties.

17. Bet Placement With Your Third-Party Sportsbook Account
Our Platform may integrate with bet-placing services provided by certain Third-Party Sportsbooks. You are solely responsible and liable for all activity that occurs on both your LFG Sports.AI and Third-Party Sportsbook accounts. Terms and conditions of Third-Party Sportsbooks apply to bets placed with those platforms regardless of whether the bet was facilitated through our Platform. For any questions relating to a bet, contact the Third-Party Sportsbook directly.

18. Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or reference information, documents, software, or services provided by other parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and not as an endorsement. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of such third-party content. If you decide to access linked third-party content, you do so at your own risk.

19. Compliance With Applicable Laws
The Platform is based in the United States. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal is prohibited.

20. Changes to These Terms of Use; Termination
LFG Sports.AI may modify or update these Terms of Use periodically. We will post a notification on the Platform if these Terms materially change. Your continued access or use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

21. Downloading the App From the App Store
When you download the App from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge these Terms are concluded between you and LFG Sports.AI only, and not Apple. LFG Sports.AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services regarding the App.

22. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Iowa, without respect to its conflict of law provisions. By accessing the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Iowa.

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

23. Binding Arbitration
In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, either party may elect binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. IF EITHER PARTY CHOOSES ARBITRATION, NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE SUCH CLAIM IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL. All disputes will be resolved before a neutral arbitrator selected jointly by the parties. Arbitration shall be conducted by JAMS pursuant to its then-current rules, available at www.jamsadr.com.

30-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of this Binding Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice to the address at the end of these Terms within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

24. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You acknowledge and waive the right to prosecute or participate in a class action, collective action or other representative action, and further waive any right to have any dispute resolved by a judge or jury. Any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually.

25. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that in the event of a breach or threatened violation of our intellectual property rights, we will suffer irreparable harm and will be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce these Terms. We may seek interim, equitable, provisional, or injunctive relief from any court having jurisdiction without waiving any other remedies.

26. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed restated in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter and supersede all previous or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

27. Language of Terms of Use
The parties have expressly requested that these Terms be drafted in English. Where we have provided a translation, you agree that the translation is for convenience only and the English language version governs your relationship with LFG Sports.AI.
