LFG Sports.AI, LLC d/b/a LFG Sports.AI (“LFG Sports.AI,” “we,” “our,” “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information to operate and improve our platform, including our software applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”). By visiting the Platform or providing personal information, you consent to the practices described here.

  1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    1. Much of our content and tools are free and do not require user registration. Registration may be required to enhance your experience, subscribe to membership levels, or access certain areas of the Service.

    2. Information You Provide to Us and Provided by Others

      i. Personal Data we collect and store

      1. Contact Information: First and last name, address, email address, and telephone number.

      2. Transaction Information: Information about transactions you conduct on the Service (date, time, amount, bets placed, and institution involved), subscription details, and interactions with the Service. You may link betting accounts to your LFG Sports.AI account. LFG Sports.AI does not collect or obtain access to your payment or financial information, nor does it facilitate the act of betting in any financial capacity. We may route you to a legal betting operator in your territory.

      3. User Content: Content, images, comments, and other materials you post.

      4. User Account and Device Information: Username, email, password, IP address, log files, device type, OS and version, device settings, application IDs, unique identifiers, and crash data. We may also collect information such as cookie identifiers, carrier, mobile advertising IDs, browser details, location information, ISP, pages visited, and link interactions.

        1. We may collect data about your use of the Platform, including content you interact with, Groups and User Content, and timing and frequency of activities. We and third parties may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies (“Technologies”).

          1. Cookies: Small text files placed in browsers. Session Cookies are temporary; Persistent Cookies remain after you leave. Persistent Cookies may store visit frequency, preferences, usage patterns, and advertising analytics.

          2. Pixel Tags: Code embedded in the Platform to measure engagement, such as page visits or ad clicks.

      ii. Personal Data requested but not stored

      1. Financial Account Information: Card number, expiration, and verification code related to purchases may be processed by our payment processor. Users must have lawful rights to the accounts used.

    2. E-mail: We may send service notifications, special offers, and updates. Unsubscribe using the link in our emails or via account settings. Transactional emails related to your account may still be sent.

    3. Sharing: Your Transaction Information is automatically public to Members and Groups you are in. You can adjust some visibility via privacy settings, but certain Transaction Information cannot be made private. We may analyze Information in de-identified or aggregate form and share, sell, or license such data. We may share Information with payment partners, affiliates, and as part of corporate transactions, or disclose Information as required by law or to protect rights and safety.

  3. YOUR CHOICES

    1. You may withdraw consent at any time, which may limit use of certain features. We may still collect and use non-personal information.

    2. We will not share your Personal Information or Transactional Information with non-affiliated third parties for their marketing without your opt-in. You may later opt out or request details about such disclosures.

    3. You may access and change Personal Information via the Platform. Manage marketing communications via the “unsubscribe” link. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of except by deleting your account or changing your email.

  5. YOU CAN REQUEST REMOVAL OF YOUR INFORMATION FROM OUR SYSTEMS ANY TIME

    1. Request account deletion to remove your name, email, and other stored information. Transaction history may be retained for legal/reporting purposes but will no longer be associated with you.
    2. Request a copy of your personal information by contacting customer support.

  6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

    1. We implement security measures and safeguards to protect Information and comply with applicable laws. Access is limited to employees with special access rights for diagnostic or support purposes.
    2. Use modern browsers and keep them updated, such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
    3. Be cautious when posting in public areas of the internet.
    4. No security system is impenetrable. Transmission over the Internet can be intercepted. You use the Platform at your own risk.

  7. CALIFORNIA-SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS

    1. Use & Disclosure of Categories of Personal Information

      1. Categories collected: Identifiers; Commercial Information; Internet or other network activity; Geolocation information; Inference data; and other identifying information.
      2. CCPA rights: Request information about categories collected/disclosed, access and copies, deletion, and information about financial incentives. No discrimination for exercising rights. Identity verification may be required. Authorized agents may submit requests with proper permission or Power of Attorney.

    2. Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information

      California residents may opt out of the “sale” of personal information, which can include sharing for targeted advertising or offers. You may submit an opt-out request to our customer support team.

      1. Online targeted advertising may use demographic, device, and usage data.
      2. We may share information with third parties to send you offers and promotions.

      We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 18 without required authorization.

  8. THIRD PARTIES, EXTERNAL WEBSITE LINKS AND CO‑BRANDED PARTNERSHIPS

    1. Our Platform may link to third-party websites and participate in co‑branding relationships. Third parties may place advertisements and collect certain information using cookies or web beacons. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices or content.
    2. Public commenting is available. Anything you post publicly may be visible to others. Use caution.
