The Information We Collect While operating the Platform, we may collect certain information as set forth below. Much of the content and tools we offer is free and does not require user registration. However, to enhance your experience, subscribe to membership levels, and/or access certain areas of our Service, LFG Sports.AI may require you to register for an account and provide certain information. Information You Provide to Us When you register for the Platform, you will be required to provide certain personal information (“Personal Information”), which may include your name, physical address, email address, phone number(s), and other information. We may also collect information you voluntarily provide, such as household income range and personal interests. If you register using a social media account, we may collect information provided by that service including your name, username, profile picture, unique identifier, access token, and email address. We collect and store the following Personal Data in connection with the Service: Contact Information: First name, last name, address, email address, telephone number. Transaction Information: Date and time of transactions, transaction amounts, bets placed, and institution involved. LFG Sports.AI does not collect or obtain access to your payment or financial information, nor does it facilitate the act of betting in any financial capacity. User Content: Information you input as part of content, images, comments, or other materials posted to the Service. User Account and Device Information: Username, email address, password, IP address, log files, device type, operating system, application IDs, and crash data. LFG Sports.AI (as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality) may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies to automatically collect information through the Platform. Information We Do NOT Store: Financial Account Information (card number, expiration date, verification code) used to process subscriptions is handled by our payment processing partner and is not stored by LFG Sports.AI. 2. How We Use and Share the Information Collected We use Personal Data and other Information for legitimate business purposes necessary to provide users with the Service or to improve our business and operations. These purposes include: Fulfilling our contract with you and facilitating your use of the Platform Operating and improving our products and services Managing user information and personalizing your experience Providing customer and technical support Sending marketing communications (you may opt out at any time) Ensuring network and information security Preventing and prosecuting potentially prohibited or illegal activities Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations Your Transaction Information is automatically made public to all Members of LFG Sports.AI and all Groups or direct messages in which you are a member. You may adjust the amount of information we share with other Members by visiting your personal privacy settings; however, certain aspects of your Transaction Information cannot be made private, as sharing betting activity with other Members is a core purpose of the Platform. We may share, sell, and/or license de-identified and/or aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also share your Information with parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may disclose Information when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority. 3. Your Choices Where you have consented to the processing of your Personal Information, you may withdraw said consent at any time by contacting us as described below. If you opt out, we may still collect and use non-personal information regarding your activities on the Platform. You may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information by following the instructions found on the Platform. You may manage your receipt of marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any LFG Sports.AI marketing email. You may stop or restrict the placement of tracking technologies on your device by adjusting your browser or device settings. You Can Request Removal of Your Information at Any Time You can contact us to have your data removed from our systems by requesting an account deletion, which will remove your name, email address, and any other information stored in our systems. For legal and reporting purposes, your transaction history will be saved but will not be associated with you. You can also request a file containing your personal information stored in our systems by contacting our customer support team. 6. How We Protect Your Information We recognize industry standards and implement security measures to protect Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by employees with special access rights. No security system is impenetrable. While we make best efforts to protect your information, LFG Sports.AI cannot warrant the security of information you transmit over the Internet. You provide Information and use our Platform and Service at your own risk. 7. California-Specific Privacy Rights If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide information regarding how we collect, use and share “personal information” per the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We have no control over those linked sites’ privacy practices or the content of any business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links, and therefore take no responsibility or liability for those independent policies or actions. Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents The LFG Sports.AI Platform and servers are operated in the United States. Your Information may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, which may not offer the same privacy protections as the laws of the country in which you live. By accessing and using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States. 11. Legal Age Requirement The Platform and Services are not intended for use by people under the legal age required for betting in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent you are of legal age. LFG Sports.AI does not monitor, recognize, or honor opt-out or do-not-track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals. 12. Your Consent & Changes to This Privacy Policy By accessing and using our Platform and Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
